You Tube Channel
Finding dynamic speakers for Chapter and Council meetings can be a challenge—especially when schedules, budgets, or travel make live presenters difficult to arrange. To help, the MOAA Public Affairs & Communications Professional Virtual Chapter (MPACOMVC) has built a valuable tool: a YouTube channel featuring a library of pre-recorded talks from subject matter experts.
These presentations cover a wide range of topics—veterans’ benefits, legislative advocacy, leadership, communications, and current issues of national security. Each talk is delivered by experienced professionals, many with military and MOAA leadership backgrounds, ensuring that the content is both relevant and engaging.
The videos are designed for flexibility. Chapters and Councils can stream them during in-person gatherings, use them in virtual meetings, or even excerpt shorter segments to fit program needs. A presentation can be used as the centerpiece of a meeting or as a springboard for member discussion. Either way, it offers professional, polished content at no cost and with no scheduling hurdles.
By incorporating these talks into your meeting agendas, you’ll ensure your members are informed, inspired, and reminded of MOAA’s mission to “Never Stop Serving.” New videos are added regularly, making the channel a reliable, go-to resource for leaders and program chairs.
